ICloud backup, photo space

hey

I had an ip6+.
This had 48gb of photos & videos on it and have iCloud photo backup enabled, this comes up at 36.5 Gb.

When I restored from iCloud back up yesterday onto my new ip7+ all the photos & videos came across but it is only saying 2.8gb used.

When i turn airplane mode on I can view all my 12k photos but the videos won't play.
Is there anyway to download everything to my new ip7+

Sounds like the restore isn't finished. Did you look in the iCloud backup section of the phone and see if it says it is still restoring?
