Hi guys,

I have 200 gab of iCloud storage and was running out. I deleted all backups, and they are all gone. But then when I go on to the Mac there is still a big 40 gb block for Backup. But all backups have been deleted.

Please help.

The 40GB backup on your Mac is likely to be your Macs's backup. The deleted iCloud backups I want to assume are from your iPhone/iPad/iPod..etc and not from your Mac's?

Are you referring to the storage tab in About This Mac? If so, that backup is from Time Machine. Turn Time Machine off and it'll go away. Then you can turn it back on.

No, I mean the bar, when you go into system preferences, then iCloud. It's the yellow backup but that I am having trouble with.
