iCloud Backup storage limit to increase with iOS 8?

Does anyone know if Apple plans to increase iCloud Backup's storage limit with iOS 8? I know they are increasing the photo limit, but curious about backup. I just hit 5GB and would rather not pay if it will be upped in a week or so.

iCloud uses the same storage limit for photos and backups. 5GB is still free, but the pricing is going to be lowered when iOS 8 is out so I would hold up on upgrading until then.
