iCloud Backup with Seperate Itunes Apple ID

Hi, I use Icloud Backup and it backs up my mail, phone settings, photos notes, and documents. No problem

But I have a separate Apple ID for Itunes, which doesn't seem to be part of icloud. If I lose my phone, I don't see an Itunes backup for my apps and music that I can turn on.

I share this Itunes Apple ID with my husband. So how do I get my own personal apps and music backed up if I lose my iphone?
