iCloud Backup

I've been trying to backup to iCloud for the past hour & it gets half there then fails. I've tried deleting the past back up & that fails too, plus all the apps say "no data". Anyone experience this, know what the hell to do. I need it backed up for my screen repair.

Yeah, I signed outta iCloud then back in as well.

Can you get to a computer and do an encrypted backup via iTunes?
