I was wondering if anyone is using the iCloud Browser apps instead of the standalone apps (Mail, Agenda, Contacts, Pages...).
Are there pro's and con's to either of them, or is it not a smart option all together to just work inside the browser ?

I use them in a pinch, if I'm not on my device and I need something from iCloud.

Other than that, my personal belief is that the native apps on a Mac will always be faster, more robust, etc. I imagine this is more useful for people that use PCs a lot and want to work on collaborative docs or just access their stuff.

I use iCloud when logged in with a work windows machine, logged in to share files with parents on their computer, ect.
I like the standalone apps as they handle intermittent WiFi a bit better than the cloud apps.

I have launched the web version from time to time if I'm having sync issues (say, with Photos), just to verify what's definitely been uploaded to iCloud.

I'd have loved to have had iCloud.com back when I worked in an office and wanted access to my personal stuff from time to time.

Thanks to all for the feedback. As I expected, the apps are more robust to work with.
