icloud calendar and Zimbra

I have a Mac Airbook and an iPhone 4, which has been updated to IOS 5. I've created an iclopud account and my ical and iPhone calendars are sycing without any problems. My office uses Zimbra for email, and I would like to be able to sync my work calendar with my other calendars, but I can't figure it out. Any ideas?
