iCloud Calendar Error

My calendar seems to be off. On my iPhone, there is an event at 6:10, but on iCloud, it shows 4:10.

Any thoughts?

Thanks--I thought I looked at the settings, but I was mistaken. They were set for Pacific Time, and I am on the East Coast.
