iCloud calendar off by 1 hour ?

When I log in to iCloud web some of the calendar events indicate 1 hour earlier than they should and than they do on iPhone, Mac calendar, etc. If I click on them they show the correct time in the pop-up, though this doesn't change the incorrect time on the week or month view.

Calendar is set to central time and all events were entered as central time.
