Is anyone seeing an "Other" calendar in Calendar that is a subscription calendar from iCloud which they haven't signed up for?

I am seeing Mexican Holidays, and have seen Canadian Holidays and Hong Kong holidays on other machines, all running OS X 10.9.x

Appears even if not signed in to an iCloud account.

They aren't really part of iCloud. You just click on them at web sites like this and they get added to your Calendar apart from iCloud.

iCloud calendars

I also have this problem. Yesterday I found two other calendars on my devices. On iPhone, there is Canadian calendar and on iPad (the same Apple ID), there is HK calendar. I didn't subscribe for any of them and can't delete them like any other. What is it?
