My primary computer runs Snow Leopard. Due to various reasons, this can't be helped.
My iPhone 4S and iPad 2 are all on 5.0.1, so they can use iCloud fine. I realize that I would eventually have to migrate from MobileMe to iCloud because MM is being phased out.
I've managed to get iCal on O X 10.6.8 working with iCloud. I just filled in the necessary information for a CalDav server (p04-caldav.icloud.com), and the username and password, and it worked.
However, Addressbook is proving to be more challenging. I tried multiple times and multiple ways of setting up a CardDav connection to iCloud, but none proved successful.
I tried p00-contacts.icloud.com to p09-contacts.icloud.com inclusive. I noticed that my phone uses p04, but I tried them all anyways. I usually tried:
https://p0X-contacts.icloud.com:443/[UID]/principal
I also tried:
https://p0X-contacts.icloud.com:443/[UID]/carddavhome.
None works. Any new suggestions?
