I think that iCloud is down :/.

I have access to iCloud.com.

Sorry, my tech skills are nonexistent!😱

My move when this occurs is to call Applecare.😀

😀 how can I contact that Applecare 😀 . Do they have any mail, forum :/ and will they answer me 😕 !

You can call Apple for free tech support for 90 after the purchase of your device.

If you have bought Applecare or Applecare+, the free phone tech support is extended to 2 or 3 years, depending upon the device.

The Applecare number is 1 (800) 275-2283.

However, if you don't have the Applecare Protection Plan, calls cost $50 if you're off warrantee.

Perhaps someone else will respond who can help you out.

The problem is that I'm not in the US :/. And I'm pretty sure that the problem comes from their servers(perhaps because I changed store country :/). 😕 😕

I'm sorry i can't really be of any help. The only other thing I can think of is calling or visiting the nearest Apple Store.
