Question:

How do I delete an older iPhone that I sold from being listed at http://www.icloud.com

Even though it is not showing up in Find My Phone because I had disabled that before I sold it, it still shows up under Settings/My Devices.

I removed it from https://supportprofile.apple.com but it still shows up on http://www.icloud.com

Any ideas? Thank You.

See if it's listed as a 'trusted device' in appleid.apple.com (under the Security & Passwords) section. If it is, you can remove it from there.

I cannot find a "Trusted Devices" section under "Password and Security"

I'm also having that same problem.

I know my Apple ID isn't at risk but surely for a peace of mind Apple should resolve this?

UPDATE

Getting a call from a Senior Advisor tomorrow regarding this, so will fill you in. But it does look like a recent issue with iCloud as even on Apple's own discussion forums the posts related to this have been in the past week or so.

Thanks.. I look forward to what they have to say.

Ha!

I'm going to try Apple again on Monday. The advisors that I have spoken to kept insisting it was about Find My iPhone. It really must be a new feature if even their managers don't know anything about it.

The advisor I spoke to told me that it'll just stay there and there's no way she or I could remove it. She said it won't affect my iCloud account or anything by it being there - she reassured me that.

So that wasn't exactly helpful.
