See if it's listed as a 'trusted device' in appleid.apple.com (under the Security & Passwords) section. If it is, you can remove it from there.

If you don't have 2-step authentication turned on, you won't see that.

Your only other option is here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ph2702

Hmm, thanks but that didn't work. 2 Step is off, and that support article is to remove a phone from Find my Phone, which it already is. Its not showing up there, its showing up under Settings, My Devices on icloud.com.

You may have a backup of the phone in your iCloud. That's why it shows up there.

True, but I thought of that already. I do not have a backup in the cloud from the device in question. Puzzling.

I'm also having that same problem.

I know my Apple ID isn't at risk but surely for a peace of mind Apple should resolve this?

    UPDATE

Getting a call from a Senior Advisor tomorrow regarding this, so will fill you in. But it does look like a recent issue with iCloud as even on Apple's own discussion forums the posts related to this have been in the past week or so.

    Ha!

I'm going to try Apple again on Monday. The advisors that I have spoken to kept insisting it was about Find My iPhone. It really must be a new feature if even their managers don't know anything about it.

The advisor I spoke to told me that it'll just stay there and there's no way she or I could remove it. She said it won't affect my iCloud account or anything by it being there - she reassured me that.

    So that wasn't exactly helpful.
