iCloud.com Notes not syncing!

I edited some notes from my PC (iCloud.com) and did not synced with Notes on iPhone.

On the other hand what i edit on iPhone obviously appears at iCloud.com too.

I have that problem when my VPN is active. If you have one, turn it off.

No VPN at all. I also tried from a Samsung s22 browser to edit a note (iCloud.com) and didn’t sync on my iPhone notes app.

I've been having Notes sync issues between several devices for two years now and nothing seems to help.

Is there any other iCloud account setup on your iPhone?

Any MDM profile installed n trusted in setting, general,vpn n device management??

If so it could be restricting it or the notes entered on device is syncing with Corp mail app.

I only use AdGuard without VPN enabled.

Never mind for unknown reason everything today working flawlessly. I edited stuff on my windows pc and iPhone safari and appeared to iPhone notes…. and vice versa.
