Anyone else having this problem? What appears on this screen are photos that have passed the "wait 30 days until they're deleted" period.

They were deleted, and now they're half back. When I try and view them it says cannot display photo. I have a feeling this is whats blocking my Mac Photos from uploading to iCloud.

Mine is slightly different. I have some in my iCloud that are orphaned (always show 0 days remaining) and are never deleted. But they don't show in the recently deleted on any of my other devices (iPhones, iPads) so I just ignore them (waiting to see if Apple fixes this automatically in an update).

It hasn't caused any inability to sync issues for me.

It's driving me crazy! There should be a hard reset for Photos in the Cloud, it was bad enough waiting 30 days for the images to be deleted!
