icloud contacts & whats up

so now when i go to contacts i have contacts on my phone, and the same one under icloud... but it shows them as unified info and at bottom it shows icloud info and iphone info...

so what that cause is that my whatsApp app has 2 of each contact... anybody know how to fix this
