iCloud drive app icon, where is it?

i have icloud drive turned on, its working on icloud.com and everything... but my phone doesn't have an icloud drive app icon... how do i get it or does it come in a later update?

There is none. The "document picker" is invoked through each app.

Yes. It's quite misleading and not exactly the DropBox killer people thought it would be.
