Just noticed that under https://developer.apple.com/downloads/ there's a download for iCloud Drive Beta for Windows

It works like onedrive on my windows machine, just drag and drop into the iCloud folder, but I'm not sure how to view the files on my iPhone.

Same here. Added a few files to iCloud Drive on Windows.... No idea how or where to find them on the iPhone. Any ideas?

I believe you can only access iCloud Drive iOS version from within apps that support it.
