Just noticed that under https://developer.apple.com/downloads/ there's a download for iCloud Drive Beta for Windows 🙂

It works like onedrive on my windows machine, just drag and drop into the iCloud folder, but I'm not sure how to view the files on my iPhone.

Same here. Added a few files to iCloud Drive on Windows.... No idea how or where to find them on the iPhone. Any ideas?

I believe you can only access iCloud Drive iOS version from within apps that support it.
