iCloud Drive is Loading On File App iPhone

After I downgrade my iOS 16 to iOS 15.6 RC and Upgrade Delayed OTA to iOS 15.7.2 on iPhone SE 2020, I have problem with iCloud Drive. it's stuck on loading

Any tips?

This has never happened to me or anyone close to me.
It’s worth noting that if you restore from a backup after an update, you’ll need to log back into your iCloud account, and if you don’t, you obviously won’t be able to access files stored in iCloud.

To log back in go to settings, your name.

Problem Solved. I backup again my iphone to iCloud backup. and then i restore from iCloud backup.
