Sorry if that has been posted before but just need some quick advise.
I had my settings perfect then something happened and I had to adjust them all.
If I already back up via iTunes for my iPhone (I always have done) does that mean there is no need to use iCloud at all for Drive or anything?
So all switches turned off on iPhone and boxes unticked for Mac?

Correct, if you are backing up with iTunes by connecting your phone to your computer there is no need to use iCloud backup.

One advantage of iCloud backup is that it backs up all your health and activity data, which an iTunes backup only does if it is encrypted.
