I noticed that iCloud Drive wasn’t working properly on my iPhone, which led to me to notice it also wasn’t working on my iPad or Mac. All are running the latest iOS/macOS of 18.0 and Sequoia.

iCloud Drive works flawlessly, with one exception. The size of the drive doesn’t show on any device. So, in the settings screen, instead of showing the size of the drive, it just says “On”. Screenshot shows what I mean.

This is consistent between all my devices. Also, if you tap on the storage option to see how much storage all of iCloud takes up, drive is missing and reports no information at all.

It's a very strange issue, and it seems like it's working for everyone else in my family, but for me, it's not.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Looks like this is an iCloud issue. I contacted Apple and they said there was an issue with iCloud Drive which they attempted to fix. Still isn't resolved, but it got escalated up to try to resolve the error.

For me, iCloud Drive (in the Finder on both my Macs) says I have "208GB available on iCloud" where I only have a 200GB iCloud plan, so I can only assume this is iOS / MacOS update gremlins. The view in Settings looks OK though. Very odd. Hopefully all of these issues will get fixed soon.
