iCloud Drive not working today?

iCloud drive isn't working on my mac today. I can't access any files through the finder. I just get a message asking me to upgrade to iCloud drive (see attached screen shot). When I open iCloud in system preferences, it shows I'm logged in correctly and iCloud is on.
