iCloud Drive/Photo Library not working anywhere

Is anybody else having this issue? I can't upload anything to iCloud Drive on my Mac running 10.11PB, iPhone on iOS 8.5, a Windows PC or iCloud.com.

iCloud Photo Library is also completely broken - nothing will upload or download and on iCloud.com every photo is blank.

Nothing wrong with a friend's Apple ID.

I can't use iCloud backup either.

Same problem for me, but I'm running the latest version of Yosemite and the latest version of 8.4. Nothing will upload to iCloud.

Seems to be fixed for me now, everything's working as it should again 🙂

I can't seem to add anything to Shared albums and changes aren't syncing between OS X and iPhone. Ugh. But I guess I'm glad it's not just me and it is a system issue that will hopefully be fixed soon.
