iCloud Drive Status

Is there a way to see the status of a file in iCloud Drive? If its in progress of uploading or if there is a problem?

I put an iMovie project in my iMovie folder yesterday and it does not show up yet on any of my other devices. No indication of an upload progress bar or error or anything. There is no iMovie folder on iCloud.com, so I cannot check there. There are 4 other files in that folder that show up just fine on my other devices

Is there no sync status like in Dropbox or any other cloud based service out there?

I too could do with knowing if there is one. It would be handy to see how many files are uploading and in what state?

Unfortunately there is nothing. Another problem is the lack of selective sync.
Apparently Apple isn't interested in providing a viable alternative to DropBox..
