Hey, I have a MBP with a 1TB SSD for the main boot drive and a 1TB spinner for storing GoPro footage and my iTunes library.

I use Dropbox and currently have around 750GB of files in it (so around 3/4 of my main drive).

I travel extensively, while filming and making both movies and music, so backups and minimal footprint is critical.

Presently, I have a 4TB hard drive for Time Machine backups, which protects me from either of my drives failing; but I'm aware that if I was comprehensively burgled then I would lose all my video footage, as it's not backed-up digitally.

I started with Dropbox many years ago, added Google drive because of the excellent Google Docs and then iCloud drive, as all my devices are made by Apple.

I like simplicity and was already wondering if I could move to Google Drive for my main cloud drive, given that I'm unaware of a single feature Dropbox has, that Google Drive doesn't.

However, I saw Apple has now dropped the price of 2TB to $9.99/month.

- Does iCloud drive's functionality now match that of Google Drive and Dropbox?
- Can I use iCloud drive across two hard drives?
- Could I - somehow - even add my iTunes drive to it?

Cheers
