iCloud Drive won’t turn on iOS 11

Hi,
I am trying to turn on access to my iCloud Drive, some reason it has turned off since the upgrade to iOS 11. I know it’s called “files” now, but in settings it will not let me press the toggle to “on”. I’m using an iPhone 7 Plus.

Any ideas how to turn it on?
