iCloud Drive

I remember long time ago, there is a mobile me or iCloud app. It allows me to view all the documents in saved. I dragged a few PDF on my mac iCloud drive and would like to use my iPhone to view it.

Is there something similar? I just want to use iCloud like a drop box.
