iCloud Email Problem With 3rd Party Devices?

So, I had my @mac.com email setup on my Android phone and it worked fine, Until I migrated over to iCloud.

Now my @mac/me account will not receive any new emails, and when I deleted the account and added it again, It will not sync any emails at all on my phone. (My MacBook Pro is fine)

Has anyone else had this problem with iCloud? Did I just lose my @mac email address to Apple only devices?

Any advice/help would be awesome-

And yes, I have tried manually putting in the server information off of Apple's support page.
