iCloud email username preferences

Just a quick poll: what type of email username do you have on iCloud? For instance, Gmail users seem to prefer addresses of the form firstname.lastname@gmail.com. Are you guys using similar firstname.lastname@me.com for your iCloud email addresses or do iCloud users have a different preference?

(I signed up with MobileMe a long time ago and was fortunate enough to be able to secure firstname@me.com. I also use firstname.lastname as an alias for my more professional correspondence.)

* Just a word of caution: due to privacy and spam concerns, you may not want to post your actual addresses here; just the general form (firstname.lastname; firstnameLastInitial, etc.) would suffice.
