Resolved iCloud email

Is there a desktop notification I can get to notify me of mail without me using apples email client . I want to be notified when there is new email in the cloud client on the web, for me.

No, you'll have to use a dedicated mail client (Mail, Outlook) or keep a web browser open to iCloud.com. At least as far as I know.

Thanks I thought so but thought I'd ask to see if there was just an alert
