iCloud for Enterprise, how will Apple do it?

Curious about iCloud users thoughts on how Apple could create a version for enterprise. How would it work? Would it simply be an Apple style Google Docs? Or would they do something else? Would they allow their apps like FaceTime or iMessage on non Apple hardware?

I don't think that Apple has any interest in doing that, but I guess we will see.
