i use this for my work Windows 10 machine. I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 and also from Windows iCloud 6.2.2 to 7.4. I can’t remember which came first.

I noticed that iCloud for Windows was not syncing. Chrome bookmarks via iCloud extension were there but stale. Changes to them on the Win machine we’re not getting pushed through and vice versa. iCloud Drive on the Windows machine shower “folder empty”. Contacts in Outlook were not updating but showing stale.

After many uninstall and reinstalls, I decided to downgrade to 6.2.2 on Windows 10 and its works.

I understand there were security concerns with 6.2.2 so this is not ideal. Is there some known incompatibility with 7.4 and Win 10? Is there a security setting in 10 that blocks the connection? Anyone familiar with this issue and/or what the 6.2.2 security issues was?

    Thanks.

I am using iCloud 7.4 with Windows 10 (Version 1803 OS Build 17134.48).

I don't have much help to offer, other than to say I'm not having any problem syncing bookmarks between iPhone (iOS 11.3.1) Mobile Safari, Windows Chrome and Windows Firefox.

Just for completeness, are you sure you're using the latest Windows Chrome iCloud extension (2.1.2), and that it is toggled on? You might also try uninstalling and re-installing the Chrome extension.

Thanks, I have removed and re-added the Chrome extension many times. I assume since I am getting it though the google store it is the latest. I will check though. Glad you have everything working and that it is capable, just not for me right now.
