I just purchased a MacBook Pro yesterday. It made me set up an iCloud account -- well, it attempted to set up an iCloud account. It never created anything, just took my info and the symbol has been spinning for over 24 hours. How do I get rid of this program?

p.s. The Apple Help center was of no help.

What program? iCloud is more of a service. So you don't really get rid of it; you either use it or you don't. Its a good think to have; especially if you also have an iPhone. Just restart your computer and try again.
