So, this is my story. My son has always been a tad technologically slow. He can make great videos and songs but all the rest, not so much. I set up his iTunes back in the day. Between him losing phones and me replacing his hard drives that he has spilled beer on, the passwords to his iTunes account are fried. In other words, he cannot get in. When he tried to get in the iTunes store, it says his password has been disabled. Is this something that we have to tackle via a phone call to Apple to reset things totally or what?
