All iPads iCloud Keychain on iPad?

When I went to iOS 7.0.3 on my iPhone. I got a notification when I turned it back on to set up iCloud Keychain. I didn't get that on my iPad mini, has anyone else gotten it to work?

EDIT: I didn't have it turned on. Delete thread. Lol
