iCloud lagging and/or not working?

I've noticed for some time now that iCloud is either not working or seriously lagging for some services. For instance, I just deleted an item on Calendar on my MBP and after 10 minutes the event remains on my iPhone. Both are set to Push.

Has anybody else noticed this?
