iCloud Library Not Syncing

I recently had log out of iCloud on my iPhone, log into a different account, then log back into the first one. I have family sharing set up on this account so I get Apple Music. I had over 2000 songs in my library/downloaded. Every time I logged out/back in before and turned on iCloud music library, the music would pop back up in my library to be downloaded again. However, this time, it just says I don’t have any music on my account. I don’t want to have to go back and add everything to my library again. What can I do?
