Hey folks

is Icloud locked ipod touch worth buying?

i saw them on ebay and they are selling for cheap. the reason i would like to buy ipod touch is they have a good front end camera and i am planning to use it as a dash cam

any advice?

There is no way to use the phone/iPod if it is iCloud locked. I have no idea how you could use it for anything other than as spare parts.

In addition, if they were the legit owners of the device, they would just remove the iCloud lock instead of selling it cheap on fleabay.

If people didn't buy stolen goods, less of them would be stolen.....

Nope. Not unless you want to be added to the receipt of stolen property chain. The knowingly purchasing part where it's iCloud locked is the part that can get you time or increased sentencing.
