iCloud Icloud login not working at icloud.com

I'm unable to login to icloud.com.
I keep getting this:

I changed my password and now any apps that use icloud (Mailmate, Fantastical) are all going to need new app-specific passwords.
I guess there's a problem with icloud as it pertains to 3rd party devs so not sure if it's related.

Any ideas on A) if it's related or B) if not, how to actually login?

As of 607pm (central), 1/25 I was able to login.

The devices I was able to log in are logged out again.... What the f*** is doing Apple tonight?

Same problem on some of my Apple devices (not all of them)

My iPad kicked me out of iCloud when using (saying some services unavailable unless you log in, then thr log in verification fails) but my iPhone and iMac aren’t. Weird issue.

It looks like a Domain shop Apple has has BGP problem or power outage! That could explain why some users aren't affected while others are!
