Icloud login problems

Is anybody else having trouble logging into Icloud??? I called Apple and they told me there is nothing wrong but I have two brand new devices, a Iphone 5c and a new Ipad air that were working perfectly two days ago with Icloud and now they won't connect, it says there is a server problem yet apple denies anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated..Thanks

Nope, I got in via the mail.app and on the web via iCloud.com
