iCloud lost 1GB of space

My iCloud storage has dropped from 5GB available to 4GB.

I have wiped both my iPad and iPhone and returned to iOS 7.

How do I get that 1GB back?!

Are you able to see what contents are in your iCloud at this time in terms of back ups from any other devices attached to that account?

It might be your iCloud email or documents.

If I view what is using up the space its less than 100MB including emails and app data.

It doesn't add up.

it's iCloud photo library. Does not show up in managed space and doesn't seem to work in Beta 2. I had the same thing happen.. lost 4GB of space. Put Beta 1 back on, turned on iCloud library and then all my photos downloaded.. They would not download on Beta 2. While running Beta 1, I was able to delete them all and recover the space.
