iCloud Mail not Syncing Properly

I am receiving some emails on my iPhone and some on my MacBook. I have OSX Lion and iOS 5 installed respectively.

Any idea why stuff isn't syncing correctly? If I receive an email on my iPhone I should on my Mac and vice versa or if I delete one it should be gone on the other device.

HELP! 😕

I think a lot of people including myself are having a problem with emails not syncing straight away (push). Do they sync up after a few minutes or after manually refreshing?

Even after manually refreshing they don't. Now I am not even receiving emails on my Mac.
