iCloud Mail Push on iOS in Germany active again

Can anyone from Germany verify that iCloud Mail Push on iOS is active again?

It works for me since 9 pm...

Strange. It definitely does here.
Maybe because I use iOS 6 beta 2.

But i think disabled it globally for all iPhone Users located in Germany.

Everything else makes no sense because of the court judgment.

Wired. I thought Apple might have changed the way the push.
But since today it doesn't work for me ether. I am absolute sure it worked for minimum 24 hours, I have tested it many times.

You are right, something happened in the last few days. Due to the trial I activated the push service and also scheduled to fetch my mails hourly but since Friday I receive my emails several times in one hour.
