Since yesterday morning I've been unable to access iCloud Music Library. When I attempted to play any track that wasn't Apple Music or purchased from iTunes in iOS it never began playing, it just appeared to time out like I didn't have network connection. In iTunes I get the 5002 error when trying to update. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with Apple Support last night and they couldn't figure it out either, only that it seemed like a server issue on their end. I turned off iCloud Library on all of my devices at their suggestion, but now I can't turn in back on. I'll toggle the switch and within seconds it turns itself back off almost immediately.
This is happening on a 2013 MacBook Pro, an iPhone 7, an iPad Air 2, an Apple TV 3 and a Windows 7 PC.
Anyone else? Any ideas?
