iCloud Music Library keeps toggling off

Anyone else having this issue? For whatever reason my iCloud Music Library switch in my Music Settings keeps getting toggled to off. This has been happening for a couple of weeks and it's driving me insane. I then have to go back and redownload my playlists.

Any thoughts on what is going on?

sounds like a software issue...restore to factory settings
