I have a specific iCloud Music Library question if anyone tried this specifically.

Say, if I have the iCloud Music library off on my Mac and on on my iPhone, and sync my music from my Mac's iTunes to iPhone, would it still work as used to?

Secondly, would it mess up my music lib on my Mac?

I'm trying to find a way of turning on the iCloud Music Library only for devices so that I can create playlists off of Apple Music songs leaving my iTunes music library alone.
