After updating to El Capitan, iTunes ask me for my iTunes password, which I complete and submit.
The box just has a loading cog next to it and never completes.
I have reseted iTunes and Mac numerous times.
My password is correct.
I cannot make any iTunes purchases either, pressing 'buy', the button just greys out, also I cannot access my account on iTunes store from iTunes, clicking account does nothing.
Please help.
