iCloud music sharing question

Hello:

I have a quick question regarding my iTunes iCloud Music Library. I have a PC which I use to upload local music into iCloud which we use on the apple tv and various macs around the house for streaming playback.

My partner has recently got an iPhone and I would like to share the iCloud Music Library with her so she can access it on her iPhone. She has her own Apple ID.

Is this possible and if so how?
